The Butcher Block is built on hand cut steaks and signature dishes. But now, with the new construction of the Tavern room, we wanted to mix things up and have created a new, mouthwatering menu.
Chef Craig personally selects each cut of meat, seafood and side found on our menu. Every member of Butcher Block’s team is trained in the quality and preparation of the signature steaks, as well as all the new and classic menu items.
